This project involves the development of a new mixed-use residential condo resort in Taos, New Mexico, featuring a four-story residential building above a subgrade parking garage, as well as an adjacent market and outdoor ice rink. The total project area will encompass approximately 66,000 gross square feet (GSF).
The first floor of the building will house approximately 5,383 square feet of core and shell retail space, a 981 square foot lobby, and three for-sale condo units. The second through fourth floors will be dedicated to residential units, with a total of 21 for-sale condo units (seven per floor). The unit mix will include one, two, and three-bedroom condos, bringing the total number of residential units to 24.
Additionally, the project will include an outdoor ice rink and a snow melt system for the plaza area, with the engineering design incorporating solutions to ensure safe and efficient operation in the region's climate.
This mixed-use development will offer a dynamic combination of residential, retail, and recreational spaces, providing a unique living experience while complementing the natural beauty and recreational opportunities of Taos.
