Formerly the American National Bank Building, the Magnolia Hotel maintains the building’s vintage charm while offering the best in modern convenience. MDP provided design services for the renovation of 60 suites within the hotel. Each suite was split into two new guestrooms, and the former kitchenette converted into a new bathroom. These renovations significantly increased the boutique hotel’s capacity and helped make it a premier destination in downtown Denver. In 2016, MDP provided services for the renovation of the old Quizno’s space into a meeting room, porte cochere, and lobby and registration. Public restrooms, Harry’s Bar and Grill, and a fitness center were also added.
