This project involves the development of a new, three-story mixed-use residential condo resort, situated above a subgrade parking garage, with a total area of approximately 64,000 gross square feet (GSF). The resort will provide both residential and resort services in a thoughtfully designed building that combines comfort, convenience, and recreational amenities.
The first floor will feature approximately 1,525 square feet of resort services, 556 square feet of core and shell retail space, a 532 square foot lobby, and 258 square feet of ski storage. Additionally, the first floor will include 10,300 square feet of enclosed parking garage space to accommodate residents and visitors. The garage will be designed with appropriate ventilation and lighting systems to meet building requirements.
Levels 2-4 will be dedicated to 27 for-sale condo units, with nine units on each floor. The units will include a mix of one and two-bedroom layouts, providing flexible living options. A total of 27 residential units will be available, offering an elevated living experience within the resort.
