MDP provided MEP design for the 5-story, approximately 56,750 SF multifamily addition to an existing 245-stall parking garage, forming part of the 12Sixty2 two-tower multifamily development in Denver. The addition will include 120 residential units, designed to offer modern living spaces. Minor modifications will be made to the existing parking garage to accommodate the new building. This addition aims to enhance the residential offerings in the area, integrating seamlessly with the larger multifamily development.
