MDP Engineering Group is providing full MEP design on the new for-sale condominium building developed on a 38,000 SF lot in the Cherry Creek neighborhood of Denver, CO. The building totals 5-stories and approximately 172,657 GSF, consisting of about 40 forsale residences. The project also includes around 3,500 SF of retail space and 4,300 SF of restaurant space. The building includes various amenities such as a lobby, concierge, valet, outdoor amenity roof, pool, and fitness room. The building will also include 75 parking spaces in a 33,797 SF below-grade parking garage.
