The Hooper is a new, 9-Story, 163,285 GSF Mixed-Use Development in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver. The project is named in honor of Benny Hooper, a Five Points Businessman who owned Benny Hooper’s a jazz club and casino. Level one of The Hooper will include Busboys and Poets a bookstore/restaurant and community event space. The project will also include 33,000 SF of office space, above and below grade parking, and 103 apartments. Amenities include a fitness center, resident lounge, community kitchen, storage space, and golf simulator.
