MDP is providing comprehensive MEP design services for a new, high-rise, 21-story multi-family residential development in Denver, CO. The project will span approximately 880,940 total SF, with 655,925 SF dedicated to residential space. The building will feature 549 for-rent residential units, including a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments.

In addition to the residential units, the project will include approximately 7,860 SF of enclosed retail space (core and shell only), 2,275 SF of unconditioned beer garden space, and multiple amenity areas across various floors, totaling 14,815 SF. The amenity spaces will be strategically located on the Ground Floor (6,880 SF), Level 6 (6,110 SF), and Level 20 (1,825 SF), designed to enhance the resident experience.

The building will also feature a multi-level parking structure with approximately 697 parking spaces, distributed between a below-grade level and above-grade levels 1 through 5.
