MDP is provided mechanical and plumbing design services for these two standalone, residential towers constructed in the Union Station neighborhood of Denver, CO. Tower one is 12 stories tall with 107 residential units and Tower two 24 stories tall with 404 residential units. The ground floor of each building includes amenity and retail space. MDP executed this project on a design/build basis.The mechanical and plumbing design for the grand focused on efficient and sustainable design and is a LEED silver project. MDP selected high efficiency water source heat pumps with ECM motors in the residential units and common areas. Variable speed pumping and high efficiency condensing boilers for the condenser water loop were used for this project.
