Golden Triangle’s New Luxury Apartments

MDP Engineering Group provided full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for The Parq on Speer, Denver’s new, luxury apartment community in the Golden Triangle neighborhood. Because Denver has such a burgeoning rental market, developers must go beyond traditional amenity offerings to remain competitive. Therefore they must bring a fresh approach to apartment living by offering residents a holistic lifestyle opportunity. Greystar, the developer of The Parq on Speer has done just that. Now residents can shop, take their dog to the park, catch a tan at the pool, and meet friends for dinner without leaving their block.
