MDP provided MEP design for approximately 100,000 rentable square feet across two buildings: the Plaza and Tower. Key work includes:
- Plaza Building: Renovation of 42,000 SF of lobby space and 45,000 SF of prefunction and restroom areas, with updates to finishes and lighting.
- Tower Building: Renovation of 12,000 SF of lobby space and improvements to the Fifth-Floor pool and lounge area.
- Public Space & Exterior: Demolition of existing porte cocheres, creation of a new bar, and a new connection between the Plaza and Tower buildings.
- Court Place ROW: Reconfiguration and upgrades to 40,000 SF of paving and landscaping between 15th Street and the 16th Street Mall.
The project also includes MEP design work for the new lobby, bar, and building connection, improving functionality, guest experience, and integration with the surrounding area.
