MDP provided MEP design for the development of a new 161-room hotel in Boulder, CO, with a total gross floor area of approximately 103,200 square feet, including 25,508 square feet of public spaces on the first floor. The five-story building features a variety of amenities, including:
- A meeting room, employee lounge, house laundry facility, prep kitchen, and dining area.
- An outdoor pool and other typical hotel features.
- Guest rooms equipped with residential-type kitchen facilities.
Additionally, the building includes a 49,000 SF basement garage with capacity for 142 cars. The design aimed to provide a comfortable and functional environment for both guests and staff while enhancing the overall hospitality experience in Boulder.
