There is one floor of memory care and the upper levels include assisted living. The building structure is Type II-A steel frame over a concrete, below-grade parking garage. The building includes a mix of 25% 2-bedrooms, 50% one-bedroom and 25% studios. Amenities include a fitness and wellness area, administrative offices, multipurpose areas, common laundry space, a bar/bistro, dining areas, and support spaces.
