A new Senior Living Community in Boulder, CO. The project consists of three (3) buildings, A, B, and F/G. Each building is three (3) to four (4) stories tall and contains structured parking on the lower level. Building A consists of four buildings plus Building K (pool) and Building E (reception), connected via corridors and is four stories and 168,628 SF. The lower level includes 38,081 SF of parking with 76 parking stations, 13 electric vehicle charging stations, and 65 resident storage units. Floors 1-3 consist of 130,547 SF of common and residential space atop the parking structure.
The first floor houses a formal dining space, informal dining space, and lounge space. A commercial grade kitchen to serves the residents of the community. The second and third floors consist of 46 residential units Each floor includes areas for nursing equipment, utilities and maintenance. Building A has a combination of assisted and independent living.
Building B consists of three buildings connected via corridors, each being three stories tall for a total of 47,988 SF. The lower level includes 13,313 SF of parking with 31 parking spaces and 4 electric vehicle charging stations. Floors 1-2 with include 18 residential units.
Buildings F&G consists of two buildings, each two stories on the west and three stories on the east. The lower level includes 10,400 SF of parking with 22 parking spaces and 3 electric vehicle charging stations.
