MDP provided mechanical and plumbing services for a new CDOT facility containing 2 indoor wash bays and 10 vehicle storage bays. Design for the main building included heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems throughout, as well as cooling for two office areas within the building. Mechanical and plumbing design was also provided for an attached sand shed, ten-tank magnesium chloride pad with secondary containment structure, and a manual fresh air/exhaust switch allowing CDOT employees to proactively address CO2 buildup.
