Mechanical and plumbing design were provided for Denver's City and County courts facility infill. The project included remodeling three floors of existing court rooms and related areas into office and conference areas. Tenovations included ADA modifications and extensive interior design. Our scope included mechanical and plumbing design to retrofit the building's system for new use. Design time was limited to two months, including City review.
