MDP Engineering is currently providing full MEP design services for a new mixed-use residential and commercial office community on Brighton Blvd. The multifamily portion of the project includes two 9-story residential towers. Tower 1 is approximately 172,062 SF and contains 290 units, and Tower 2 is 255,500 SF and contains 189 units. Amenities include 20,000 SF of retail on the ground floor, 3-story podium parking, and an outdoor pool.

The office portion of the project includes a 6-story, 87,000 SF building. The ground floor will house a lobby, retail, and restaurant space while levels 2-6 contain commercial offices.
