The Lionshead Center is a 4-story condo, retail, and restaurant building in Vail, Colorado, originally built in 1970. The basement level and 1st floor of the building consist primarily of retail and restaurant uses, while the 2nd and 3rd floors are made up entirely of condominiums. The building currently has 73,803 SF of existing interior area, and 1,825 of existing deck area.
This project involved the full gut and remodel of the Lionshead Center condominium building. The renovation aimed to significantly enhance the building's interior and exterior spaces. The scope included an expansion of the interior space by 25,016 square feet, bringing the total interior space to 98,819 square feet. Additionally, the project included an increase in the deck area by 10,412 square feet, bringing the total deck area to 12,237 square feet.
The remodel was designed to modernize the building while maximizing both its interior and exterior functionality, providing residents with more spacious living areas and improved outdoor spaces. This extensive renovation successfully revitalized the Lionshead Center, making it a more comfortable and attractive place to live.
