Located in Denver’s Golden Triangle, The ART is a boutique hotel designed with its neighboring buildings in mind. The glass base reflects the Denver Art Museum, while the limestone upper matches the History Colorado Center across the street. Boasting three floors of office space and 165 guest rooms, The ART is a complement to an already vibrant neighborhood.Mechanical and plumbing systems were designed and engineered for this, 9-story hotel and office center in downtown Denver, directly across from the Denver Art Museum. The 165-room boutique hotel at West 12th Avenue and Broadway is just blocks south of the new Colorado Judicial Center and the History Colorado Center. The first three floors, totaling 50,000 sf, are designed as office space and the hotel begins on the fourth floor of the building structure.
