MDP provided full MEP design for the tenant remodel of approximately 25,000 square feet at the Lucky Strike in Hawaii. The scope included the addition of a new arcade, a restroom remodel, and creation of private party rooms, transforming the space into a vibrant and functional entertainment venue. The project also required the installation of 5 new constant volume rooftop units to ensure adequate climate control throughout the space.
