This project included new office and hangar space for a software/web-design tenant at Centennial airport. The office is mostly open space of approximately 11,937 rentable SF of floor area, and approximately 5,500 rentable SF of core and shell space. The project also includes 978 SF of support space and approximately 21,850 SF of core and shell design for the hangar space.
