Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design for various tenant improvement projects throughout building complex.  Design included the addition of new, and relocation of existing, air terminal units and diffusers; power and lighting circuiting design and standard design for break rooms. Additional work includes: boiler retrofit, generator addition, and Energy Star consultation.
