MEP Design for the dual brand, Hilton Embassy Suites Hotel. The two separate hotel buildings will span two city blocks. Energy and lighting efficiencies will be achieved by 30% better-than-code requirements.  In addition to the hotel operations and guest rooms, the buildings will feature retail spaces, an indoor pool and lounge, and a 500-car parking garage.
