Biker Jim’s is a one-of-a-kind establishment located in Denver’s ballpark neighborhood. Jim’s serves gourmet sausages made with some very exotic ingredients, including reindeer, wild boar, rattlesnake, pheasant, elk, antelope, and buffalo. MDP provided full MEP services for Jim’s first brick-and-mortar location, which opened in 2014 and has been satisfying foodies ever since.
