MDP provided core & shell mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for the renovation of the 50,000 SF office building. An adaptive reuse project, 1525 Raleigh is located just blocks away from the Alamo Drafthouse on the former St. Anthony’s Hospital campus in the trendy Sloan’s Lake neighborhood. The project also included core & shell design for the 6,000 SF of retail space on the ground floor. The existing mechanical system was re-purposed for this renovation and new windows were punched to allow for more daylight.
