MDP’s scope on this project includes modifications to existing electrical and lighting systems, reconfiguration of locker rooms, and replacement of existing HVAC system.  Plumbing design is for existing lap pool, plus a new recreation pool with current channel and play features, as well as additions to the pool mechanical and electrical rooms and natatorium.  Design for the new space includes a warming kitchen to accommodate the large multipurpose room, along with new locker rooms and restrooms to accommodate the variety of fitness areas.
