The project involved a tenant remodel of apprixmately 1,200 rentable square feet of floor area. The renovation was considered a "tenant finish," with the assumption that the existing mechanical and electrical base building systems had sufficient capacity to accommodate the tenant's future needs.
The scope of work included the transformation of an existing 1,200 square foot back-of-house office space into a new hotel amenity area designed to function as an exercise studio. This new amenity area was created to complement an existing gymnasium located across the hallway, enhancing the overall fitness offerings for hotel guests.
Additionally, the project included the design of a sushi restaurant on the ground level, complete with all necessary kitchen and dining infrastructure, and a patio bar area to provide an outdoor space for guests to relax and enjoy the hotel's amenities. The design successfully repurposed existing space to meet the tenant's needs while integrating the new restaurant and bar features to enhance the overall guest experience.
