This Boulder Housing Partners residence includes a partial 5,000 sq. ft. basement and is utilizing Enterprise Green guidelines. The building's amenities include a community room with a warming kitchen. Both buildings are fully sprinklered and each unit has a standalone water heater with a fan coil unit equipped with heating water, DX cooling coil, and associated outdoor condensing unit on the roof.
