MDP Engineering provided full MEP design services for the 176,000 SF renovation of the Region 8 Office of the Environmental Protection Agency. Prior to the full renovation, MDP completed a due diligence study for a mechanical retrofit of the base building system. The retrofit included a flat plate heat exchanger and relief fans to allow for outside air economizer operation. High efficiency LED lighting was selected.
