This project involves the design of a new multifamily building in Colorado Springs, Colorado, comprising two buildings connected by a pedestrian bridge, set on a site of approximately 1.42 acres. The development is designed as a 5-story, Type III wood-frame wrap structure, featuring approximately 281 rental units. The units include between 7 to 9 typical layouts, 2 to 3 handicap-accessible units, and variations to accommodate elevation features.
Amenities for the project include a pre-cast concrete parking structure with seven levels, providing 325 parking spaces. The garage is anticipated to be open, requiring no mechanical ventilation; however, an alternative pricing proposal is provided if the garage needs to be enclosed.
Additionally, the project features approximately 7,500 square feet of integrated leasing, clubhouse, and co-working space at the ground level, as well as an additional 3,600 square feet of rooftop clubhouse space on the third floor. This project aims to create a vibrant and modern multifamily community with extensive amenities that enhance the living experience for its residents.
